We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Airline Cargo Sales Executive to join the dynamic team at Citadel Pacific, Ltd. - Rohq. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service in the air freight industry. You will act as a key liaison between the airline and its cargo partners, identifying market opportunities, negotiating freight rates, and managing the full sales cycle. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the air cargo and logistics sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including freight forwarders, shippers, and logistics providers.
- Prepare and submit competitive quotations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and resolve any customer service issues.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure retention and identify upsell opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the logistics, shipping, or airline industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and pricing structures.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
