Sekarguna Medicals is a leading provider of innovative medical equipment, dedicated to improving healthcare standards across Indonesia. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Alkes Sales Officer to join our team in Padang, Sumatera Barat.
In this role, you will be the face of our company, driving sales growth and fostering strong professional relationships with key stakeholders in the medical field. Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for medical equipment (Alkes) in the Padang territory.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for stakeholders at Hospitals (Government/Private), Public Health Offices (Dinkes), and Social Agencies (Dinsos).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, procurement departments, and hospital management.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach within the assigned area.
- Prepare accurate and timely daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.
- Coordinate with the logistics and technical support teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment.
- Stay updated on medical product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to clients.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in medical equipment sales, pharmaceutical sales, or related B2B fields.
- Bachelor's degree in Health, Nursing, Pharmacy, Marketing, or a related field.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM A/C) and own a vehicle for field mobility.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Good understanding of the healthcare landscape in the Padang region.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting.
