As a key player in our regional sales force, you will be responsible for driving business growth by connecting medical facilities and government institutions with high-quality medical equipment.

In this role, you will be the face of our company, ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and value-driven solutions that contribute to the advancement of healthcare services in the region.
Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for medical equipment.
- Proactively prospect and develop new business opportunities within Semarang and surrounding areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Dinkes, Dinsos, and government/private hospitals.
- Conduct professional product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing and post-sales support.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Nursing, Health Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical equipment sales (Alkes).
- Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, including government procurement processes (e-katalog).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proficient in MS Office and sales management software.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on achieving results.
- Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently.
