Sekarguna Medicals, a leader in the healthcare distribution industry, is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Alkes Sales Officer to join our growing team in Purwokerto. As a Sales Officer, you will be the bridge between our high-quality medical products and the healthcare providers who need them most.

We are seeking an individual with a passion for medical sales, strong networking capabilities, and a commitment to achieving excellence. You will manage distribution channels across hospitals, sub-distributors, and pharmacies, ensuring that our medical equipment and solutions reach the front lines of patient care. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Manage and expand distribution networks including hospitals, clinics, sub-distributors, and pharmacies in the Purwokerto area.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including medical professionals and procurement officers.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and market shifts.
  • Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, customer data, and territory management records.
  • Coordinate with internal logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably from Health or Marketing related studies.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in medical equipment sales (Alkes) or pharmaceutical sales is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, specifically hospital and pharmacy channels.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Purwokerto assigned area.
  • Possess a valid driving license (SIM C/A) and have a reliable personal vehicle.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
