Sekarguna Medicals, a leader in the healthcare distribution industry, is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Alkes Sales Officer to join our growing team in Purwokerto. As a Sales Officer, you will be the bridge between our high-quality medical products and the healthcare providers who need them most.

You will manage distribution channels across hospitals, sub-distributors, and pharmacies, ensuring that our medical equipment and solutions reach the front lines of patient care. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage and expand distribution networks including hospitals, clinics, sub-distributors, and pharmacies in the Purwokerto area.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including medical professionals and procurement officers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and market shifts.
- Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, customer data, and territory management records.
- Coordinate with internal logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably from Health or Marketing related studies.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in medical equipment sales (Alkes) or pharmaceutical sales is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, specifically hospital and pharmacy channels.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Purwokerto assigned area.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C/A) and have a reliable personal vehicle.
- Results-oriented with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
