Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for medical equipment (Alkes)
- Identify and prospect new clients including hospitals, sub-distributors, and pharmacies in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular visits and communication
- Present product demonstrations and provide detailed information about medical equipment features and benefits
- Prepare and submit sales reports, activity logs, and market analysis to the sales management team
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate sales documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (D3 graduates with relevant experience will be considered)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in medical equipment sales or healthcare products
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and medical equipment applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision (Solo position)
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications
