Royal Regent Manufacturing is currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Analyst Staff to join our growing team in Kabupaten Ngawi. As an integral part of our operations department, you will be responsible for interpreting complex data sets to support strategic decision-making, optimizing supply chain processes, and improving overall manufacturing efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, clean, and analyze operational data from the production floor and logistics chain.
- Prepare regular performance reports highlighting key metrics and areas for operational improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify bottlenecks in the manufacturing process.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production schedules, inventory levels, and material distribution.
- Support the management team by conducting market research and trend analysis related to the manufacturing sector.
- Monitor compliance with internal quality and safety protocols to ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are met.
- Contribute to the development of strategies to optimize resource allocation and reduce operational waste.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret large data sets into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with a keen interest in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
