Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines to automate data ingestion, transformation, and loading from various sources.
- Build, manage, and enhance interactive dashboards and reporting tools using platforms such as Power BI or Tableau to support key business functions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions and data models.
- Ensure high levels of data quality, accuracy, and consistency through rigorous validation, monitoring, and data cleansing techniques.
- Optimize existing data processes and workflows for improved performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, best practices, and standards for data management, automation, and governance.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and deep dives to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in a Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, or similar role with a strong focus on automation.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL for complex queries, data manipulation, and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Python or R for data processing and automation.
- Proven track record of delivering data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and ETL/ELT frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
