Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor livestock health, behavior, and growth patterns daily to ensure optimal performance.
- Execute feeding programs and nutrition schedules as directed by veterinary and technical leads.
- Maintain detailed records of production data, including mortality rates, feed consumption, and weight gain.
- Ensure compliance with all animal welfare regulations and bio-security protocols on-site.
- Oversee the maintenance and sanitation of housing facilities to provide a safe and productive environment.
- Identify early signs of illness or stress in livestock and coordinate necessary interventions with the lead veterinarian.
- Collaborate with farm teams to improve production efficiency and reduce operational waste.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Agriculture, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in commercial animal production or livestock management.
- Strong understanding of animal nutrition, herd health management, and biosecurity measures.
- Proficiency in data collection and basic computer software for monitoring production metrics.
- Excellent observation skills and the ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Cagayan de Oro and adapt to shifting operational schedules.
- Strong commitment to food safety and sustainable agricultural practices.
