Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze complex operational and financial data to support annuity revenue tracking and business forecasting.
- Develop and maintain accurate financial reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics for executive review.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of annuity accounts and resolve discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
- Support the annual budgeting and monthly rolling forecast processes through data-driven modeling.
- Assist in the development of standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance documentation and workflow consistency.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business development projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, data auditing, or annuity management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Query) is essential.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret trends and communicate complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
