The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop scalable processes and troubleshoot technical challenges. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct synthesis and purification of API intermediates and final products.
- Perform analytical characterization using techniques such as NMR, HPLC, and MS.
- Maintain strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and laboratory safety protocols.
- Document experimental data, batch records, and standard operating procedures accurately.
- Troubleshoot chemical reactions and optimize process parameters for yield improvement.
- Collaborate with Process Development and Quality Assurance teams to ensure product quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in API synthesis and process chemistry.
- Strong working knowledge of GMP regulations and documentation practices.
- Proficient in operating standard laboratory equipment and analytical instruments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-intensity manufacturing environment.
