Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure accurate dispensing of prescription medications and over-the-counter health products.
- Provide professional consultation to customers regarding dosage, potential side effects, and health wellness.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including monitoring stock levels and ensuring timely reordering.
- Maintain strict compliance with all local health regulations and pharmacy laws.
- Supervise pharmacy assistants to ensure operational efficiency and standard safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the store management team to drive health-related sales and promotional programs.
- Maintain precise documentation and digital records for all pharmaceutical transactions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (S1 Farmasi) and possess a valid Profesi Apoteker certification.
- Must possess a valid STRA (Surat Tanda Registrasi Apoteker) and open to SIAP.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in a community pharmacy, hospital, or clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and medical terminology.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Willing to be based in Lahat, Sumatera Selatan.
