You'll be instrumental in the complete instrument lifecycle – from professional installation and calibration to comprehensive user training and method development. As a technical authority, you'll conduct sample testing, optimize analytical protocols, and collaborate with sales teams to deliver compelling product demonstrations that showcase instrument capabilities. Tanggung Jawab
- Install, calibrate, and validate Anton Paar instruments in client facilities
- Develop and optimize analytical methods for diverse scientific applications
- Conduct comprehensive user training on instrument operation and maintenance
- Perform sample testing and troubleshooting to ensure instrument accuracy
- Support sales teams through technical demonstrations and client consultations
- Collaborate with R&D to enhance instrument performance and applications
- Document technical procedures and create user-friendly operation manuals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, or related scientific field
- Experience with laboratory instrumentation, preferably Anton Paar products
- Strong technical aptitude and method development skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid driver's license and willingness for regional travel
