Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed architectural designs, plans, and drawings for various projects while adhering to local building codes and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Perform site inspections and provide technical support to ensure design specifications are accurately implemented during construction.
- Manage project documentation, including building permits, technical reports, and compliance certificates.
- Identify potential design risks and propose effective mitigation strategies to maintain structural and aesthetic integrity.
- Utilize advanced CAD and BIM software to produce high-quality renders and technical schematics.
- Facilitate regular progress meetings and maintain clear communication across all project departments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
- Professional license (SKA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in architectural design or project management.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian building regulations, safety standards, and construction workflows.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a contract-based, multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
