Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise architectural engineering projects to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards
- Review and approve technical drawings, construction documents, and material specifications
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (architects, contractors, clients) to resolve design conflicts
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks at various construction phases
- Prepare detailed technical reports and project documentation
- Ensure adherence to local building codes, environmental regulations, and sustainability practices
- Manage project timelines and deliverables within budget constraints
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural supervision and project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM modeling software
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and construction standards
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage subcontractors
- Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) preferred
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience with sustainable and eco-friendly design principles
