Paletas Wey is seeking an ambitious and organized Area Controller Coordinator to join our expanding team in Yogyakarta. In this pivotal role, you will act as the operational backbone for our regional activities, ensuring seamless coordination between logistics, manufacturing, and retail units.

You will oversee operational workflows, monitor logistics efficiency, and provide critical data-driven insights to management to ensure we maintain our high standards of service and product quality across the region. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily operational activities across regional logistics and manufacturing units.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational targets are met.
- Act as the primary liaison between local retail branches and the central distribution center.
- Implement and maintain rigorous inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and waste.
- Streamline logistics workflows to improve delivery speed and regional supply chain efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for management regarding operational performance.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and local safety regulations across all operational sites.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an operational, supervisory, or coordination role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, logistics, and retail business cycles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and inventory management software.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to solve complex operational problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of managing cross-functional teams.
