Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and optimize daily operational activities across the designated area to ensure maximum production efficiency.
- Monitor and enforce strict adherence to environmental regulations and internal company safety standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed monthly production quotas and quality KPIs.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise site teams to foster a high-performance culture and operational excellence.
- Manage logistics coordination to ensure seamless supply chain flow from collection to processing.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on production output, operational costs, and area performance for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a management role within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong understanding of production planning, quality assurance, and supply chain processes.
- Proven track record in team leadership and performance management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal.
- Deep commitment to environmental sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced industrial environment.
