Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for driving operational excellence and business growth? Bina Artha Ventura is seeking a high-performing Area Manager to lead our operations in Yogyakarta. In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between our regional branches and the Head Office, ensuring that our strategic targets, operational budgets, and growth plans are not only met but exceeded.
As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing branch performance, coaching team leaders, and maintaining high standards of financial inclusion service. We are looking for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong analytical skills to translate head office directives into actionable branch-level results.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to ensure the achievement of regional performance targets.
- Coordinate closely with Head Office Business Support and Operations departments to align branch activities with company budgets.
- Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics to drive operational efficiency.
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance management to branch teams to foster a high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and standard operating procedures across all assigned branches.
- Manage risk effectively by overseeing portfolio quality and implementing collection strategies.
- Facilitate effective communication between field operations and management to streamline administrative workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in a leadership or managerial role, preferably within the microfinance or banking sector.
- Strong understanding of branch operations, financial product sales, and portfolio management.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams to meet challenging targets.
- Proficiency in data analysis and budget management tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Yogyakarta area as required by operations.
