Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and report on daily key performance metrics including attendance, productivity, and operational throughput.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment progress at the area level to ensure headcount requirements are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for operational queries and resolve field-level challenges promptly.
- Prepare and present regular status updates to management regarding regional operational health.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement actionable improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of personnel data and administrative documentation within the designated region.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field operations, human resources, or logistics coordination is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data tracking.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
- Willingness to be based in Sumbawa Barat and travel within the designated area as required.
