Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and evaluate daily regional performance against established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare and submit accurate, timely operational reports to the central management team at Staffinc Group.
- Act as the primary liaison between the corporate office and regional field operations.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest actionable solutions to improve regional efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards within the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with local teams to ensure seamless service delivery and workflow continuity.
- Conduct regular field visits to verify operational status and gather performance insights.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in field operations, territory management, or administrative supervision (minimum 1-2 years).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate findings clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, independence, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Deep understanding of the local market and culture in the Pekalongan region.
- Willingness to travel locally as required to perform site inspections and oversight duties.
