Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate sales operations and territory management for Banjarmasin area
- Monitor sales performance against KPIs and monthly targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with key retail partners and distributors
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure optimal product availability and inventory management at depot level
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance analysis for management
- Train and support sales team on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Implement promotional campaigns and merchandising standards
Kualifikasi
- Maximum age 37 years old
- Minimum 2 years experience in consumer goods industry
- Deep understanding of retail segments and distribution channels
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in sales reporting tools and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
