In this role, you will be responsible for defining market strategy, mentoring your sales team, and cultivating long-term partnerships with healthcare institutions, hospital administrators, and medical professionals across the region. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can navigate the complexities of the medical device landscape while driving revenue growth and market share expansion. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed regional revenue targets.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Identify new business opportunities and hospital projects for electromedical device implementation.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital heads, procurement departments, and clinicians.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for potential hospital clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to adjust sales tactics proactively.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, budget reports, and performance updates for senior management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical equipment sales or the healthcare distribution industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian hospital procurement process and medical device regulations.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and close high-value B2B projects.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
