Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed regional revenue targets.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Identify new business opportunities and hospital projects for electromedical device implementation.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital heads, procurement departments, and clinicians.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for potential hospital clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to adjust sales tactics proactively.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, budget reports, and performance updates for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical equipment sales or the healthcare distribution industry.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing a high-performing sales team.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian hospital procurement process and medical device regulations.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and close high-value B2B projects.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
