We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Area Supervisor to lead our operations at the Private Advertiser laundry outlet. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operational activities of the outlet, ensuring high standards of service, and maintaining efficient workflows. You will serve as the bridge between management and the outlet team, providing guidance and mentorship to foster a productive and positive work environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the laundry outlet to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of outlet staff to enhance team skills and morale.
- Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and coordinate with procurement to meet outlet needs.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all laundry services.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports regarding outlet performance, sales, and staff metrics.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment for both staff and customers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the retail or service industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and stock control systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
