Kaku Food is a fast-growing player in the food manufacturing and logistics industry, dedicated to delivering excellence across our distribution network. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Supervisor to join our team in Makassar.
As an Area Supervisor, you will be the operational backbone of our regional activities. You will be responsible for overseeing daily production, logistics workflows, and team performance to ensure our high-quality standards are met. This role requires a strong leader who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, solve complex operational challenges, and foster a culture of efficiency and safety.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and monitor daily area operations to ensure productivity targets and quality standards are consistently met.
- Supervise, train, and mentor team members to optimize performance and foster professional growth.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse departments to ensure seamless supply chain and distribution flow.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements that increase efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with company SOPs, safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate routine equipment maintenance to prevent downtime.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on operational performance, labor costs, and output for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, food processing, or logistics environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in high-pressure situations.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with ERP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and analytical thinking skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts and possess high integrity.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English (preferred).
