- Operational Oversight: Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of all automotive dealerships in the North Luzon region, ensuring smooth workflows and high service standards.
- Sales Leadership: Drive strategic sales initiatives to meet and exceed revenue targets, focusing on new and pre-owned vehicle sales.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, coach, and develop dealership staff to enhance individual and collective performance.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement regional business plans that align with company goals and market demands.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze KPIs and monthly reports to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure strict adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and quality assurance protocols.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and high-value clients.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in automotive retail management, dealership operations, or sales management.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational growth.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of automotive industry trends, financing options, and inventory management.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Travel: Willingness to travel frequently across North Luzon as required.
