Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods
- Implement and maintain security protocols to prevent theft and damage
- Monitor and optimize inventory management systems for accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate with suppliers and transportation providers to ensure timely deliveries
- Manage and lead warehouse staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Analyze warehouse performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and warehouse activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English
