Tanggung Jawab
- Curate and manage rotating exhibitions aligned with contemporary art trends and gallery vision
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote exhibitions and drive art sales
- Manage gallery operations including staff coordination, inventory control, and visitor experience
- Build and maintain relationships with artists, collectors, and art industry stakeholders
- Oversee digital presence including website content, social media, and online gallery platforms
- Coordinate special events including opening nights, artist talks, and private viewings
- Analyze market trends and sales data to inform programming and commercial strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Art History, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in gallery management, curation, or arts administration
- Proven track record in art sales and client relationship management
- Strong knowledge of contemporary art movements and emerging artists
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills
- Experience leading creative teams and developing staff talent
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and gallery management software
- Excellent communication skills in English and local dialects
