- Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end concert tours and live productions
- Manage artist schedules, travel logistics, and performance rider requirements
- Develop and control production budgets while ensuring cost-effective resource allocation
- Oversee show operations including stage management, technical rehearsals, and event execution
- Coordinate with venues, vendors, and production teams to ensure seamless event delivery
- Monitor tour logistics including transportation, accommodation, and equipment management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with artists, agents, and industry stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in artist management or concert production
- Proven track record in managing touring schedules and multi-location productions
- Expertise in budget management and financial planning for live events
- Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in high-pressure environments
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and deadline management
- Proficient in production management software and industry-standard tools
