Tanggung Jawab
- Dispense medications accurately according to prescriptions while verifying dosages and interactions
- Manage pharmaceutical inventory, ordering, and stock rotation to ensure optimal supply levels
- Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards
- Provide professional pharmaceutical counseling to patients regarding medication usage and potential side effects
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and treatment plans
- Prepare and maintain accurate pharmaceutical records and documentation
- Assist in sterile product preparation and compounding when required
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (S.Farm) from accredited institution
- Valid pharmacist license (STR) from Indonesian Pharmacy Association
- 1-2 years of experience in hospital pharmacy or clinical setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, regulations, and drug interactions
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in medication dispensing
- Effective communication skills for patient education and team collaboration
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
