Nissin Foods Indonesia, a global leader in the instant noodle industry, is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Promotion Representative (ASPR) to join our expanding team in Balikpapan. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to represent a world-class brand, enhance our market presence, and drive sustainable growth across the Kalimantan region.
As an ASPR, you will be the face of Nissin Foods in the field. You will be responsible for executing trade marketing strategies, maintaining strong relationships with our retail partners, and ensuring our products are always available and well-positioned for consumers. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail outlets and distributors in the assigned area.
- Execute brand activation and promotional activities at the point of sale.
- Monitor product availability, shelf share, and competitive activities in the market.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and distribution KPIs.
- Ensure that all trade displays and merchandising materials are aligned with company standards.
- Generate regular field reports regarding market feedback and competitor insights.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely stock delivery to retail partners.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in any major.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in FMCG sales or trade marketing is preferred.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
- Deep knowledge of the local Balikpapan area and its retail landscape.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and high integrity.
- Proficiency in basic data entry and mobile reporting applications.
