As an ASPR, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand visibility, ensuring product availability, and fostering strong relationships with our retail partners.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Achieve sales targets and distribution objectives within the assigned territory in Balikpapan.
  • Conduct routine store visits to monitor product availability, shelf share, and merchandising standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners, retail staff, and local distributors.
  • Execute promotional activities and marketing programs at the point of sale to drive brand engagement.
  • Identify and report on market trends, competitor activities, and stock levels to the management team.
  • Ensure all sales reports and administrative documentation are accurate and submitted on time.
  • Resolve customer queries or complaints efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in any field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods).
  • Possess a valid driving license (SIM C) and have access to a personal motorcycle.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of the local market landscape in Balikpapan and surrounding areas.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the designated territory.
