Tanggung Jawab
- Follow assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and production guidelines to assemble components accurately.
- Operate manual and automated assembly equipment while strictly adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Perform quality checks on assembled parts to ensure they meet PT Tri Link Indonesia’s rigorous quality standards.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or process inconsistencies to the production supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure workflow efficiency and safety.
- Document production activities and output accurately in logs or digital systems.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss production targets and process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational school (SMK) in Engineering, Automotive, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assembly Operator or in a similar manufacturing environment.
- Strong manual dexterity and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with high precision.
- Basic understanding of technical drawings or assembly blueprints is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using standard hand tools and basic mechanical equipment.
- Ability to work in shifts and maintain physical stamina for standing or repetitive tasks.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety (K3) and quality management systems.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
