Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive register of all company assets, including machinery, fleet, and equipment.
- Implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules to extend asset lifecycle and reduce repair costs.
- Conduct regular physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy between system records and actual assets.
- Analyze asset performance data to provide recommendations for acquisition, replacement, or disposal.
- Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to manage asset depreciation and budget allocation.
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and internal quality standards regarding equipment usage.
- Generate periodic reports on asset health, utilization rates, and operational efficiency for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in asset management, fleet management, or inventory control.
- Strong proficiency in Asset Management Software (AMS) or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Advanced data analysis skills, with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of depreciation accounting and capital expenditure processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
