Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end asset lifecycle management including acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and disposal
- Develop and implement asset management policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
- Lead team of asset specialists through performance coaching, training, and workload optimization
- Conduct regular audits to ensure asset accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance
- Generate comprehensive asset performance reports for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with procurement and finance departments for budget alignment and cost optimization
- Implement and maintain asset tracking systems utilizing inventory management software
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in asset management with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Proficiency in asset management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Maximo) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of government asset regulations and compliance standards
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Certification in Asset Management (CAMS) or related field preferred
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
