Join Sicepat Express Indonesia's dynamic team as an Asset Manager and drive operational excellence through strategic asset lifecycle management. This pivotal role involves overseeing company assets across our central office and branches, ensuring optimal utilization, accountability, and compliance. You'll implement robust inventory controls, streamline distribution processes, and generate comprehensive reports to support data-driven decision-making. The position requires meticulous coordination between departments to maintain asset integrity while minimizing operational risks. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full asset lifecycle including distribution, inventory, and maintenance
- Conduct regular audits and physical verification of company assets
- Develop and implement asset administration systems and reporting protocols
- Coordinate asset utilization across central office and branch locations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Optimize asset deployment to maximize operational efficiency
- Prepare monthly/quarterly asset performance reports for management
- Collaborate with logistics teams for seamless asset integration
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in asset management or logistics operations
- Proficiency in asset management software and inventory systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial controls
- Experience implementing asset tracking and control procedures
- Excellent communication and cross-departmental coordination abilities
- Certification in Asset Management (CPAM or equivalent) preferred
- Knowledge of Indonesian logistics industry regulations
