- Develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies across all company facilities
- Lead and manage the asset management team, providing guidance and performance feedback

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of asset management systems and best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams
- Experience working in a manufacturing or retail environment is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in asset management (e.g., CAMS) is a plus
