Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and process corporate action events, including voluntary and mandatory actions, ensuring accuracy across multiple asset classes.
- Perform daily reconciliation of security positions and cash balances to mitigate operational risk.
- Collaborate with front-office, middle-office, and custodian teams to resolve discrepancies and inquiries promptly.
- Analyze complex event notifications and translate them into actionable operational workflows.
- Support strategic operational projects and process improvement initiatives to drive productivity and scalability.
- Maintain compliance with internal control policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for management regarding risk metrics and operational performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Corporate Actions, Asset Servicing, or Banking Operations.
- Strong understanding of financial products (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and experience with financial market data platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment while meeting strict regulatory and market deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interface with global stakeholders at all levels.
