We seek a meticulous professional to manage our physical assets including water treatment facilities, distribution networks, and maintenance equipment. This position requires proactive monitoring of asset performance, lifecycle management, and compliance with regulatory standards. You'll collaborate with engineering teams to implement preventive maintenance strategies while ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular audits of physical assets to ensure optimal performance and regulatory compliance
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules for water treatment and distribution equipment
- Manage asset lifecycle documentation including acquisition, depreciation, and disposal records
- Analyze operational data to identify cost optimization opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with procurement teams for asset replacement and upgrade planning
- Prepare comprehensive reports on asset performance and maintenance costs
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations for all managed assets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align asset management with operational goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in asset management or infrastructure maintenance
- Proficiency in asset management software (SAP, Maximo, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of asset valuation methodologies and depreciation principles
- Certification in Asset Management (CAMS) or related field preferred
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent documentation and report writing abilities
- Knowledge of Indonesian regulatory standards for public infrastructure
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
