Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in managing and supervising daily branch operations and activities
- Support branch staff in achieving sales targets and performance goals
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and resource allocation within the branch
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
- Coordinate with headquarters on reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance productivity and morale
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall branch success
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in supervisory or management roles
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills
- Experience in government or defense sectors is an advantage
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Willingness to work in Calamba City, Laguna
