- Assist the Branch Head in daily operations and management of retail staff
- Provide excellent customer service and guidance in electronics purchasing decisions
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
- Train and mentor retail staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels of electronic products
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction with products and services
- Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback for management review
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store environment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in retail management or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of electronics products and consumer technology trends
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office applications
