- Actively seek out and secure new catering business opportunities through various sales channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, site visits).
- Manage and grow existing client accounts, fostering strong relationships to ensure repeat business and client loyalty.
- Prepare and present professional sales proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders (BEOs) to prospective and current clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets and revenue goals for the catering department.
- Work closely with the culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of events and client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote catering services.
- Provide administrative support to the Catering Sales Manager and contribute to sales forecasting and reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the catering, hospitality, or F&B industry, preferably as an Assistant Sales Manager.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of catering operations, menu planning, and event coordination.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- A proactive, results-oriented attitude with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
