As the Assistant Chief Engineer, you will support the Chief Engineer in overseeing all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, preventative maintenance programs, and sustainability initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Chief Engineer in managing daily engineering operations and maintenance staff.
- Oversee the preventative maintenance program to ensure all hotel equipment operates at peak efficiency.
- Monitor utility consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives to meet sustainability goals.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and facility upgrades.
- Ensure full compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and Marriott brand standards.
- Lead and mentor the engineering team, providing training and performance feedback.
- Manage the department's budget and inventory of spare parts and engineering supplies.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and guest concerns to ensure high satisfaction scores.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or equivalent technical certification.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facility management or engineering, preferably within the hospitality sector.
- Strong technical proficiency in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and building automation systems (BAS).
- Proven leadership ability with experience in managing a diverse technical team.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Solid understanding of safety protocols (OHSAS) and fire life safety systems.
- Proficiency in computer-based maintenance management systems (CMMS).
