Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from initial research concepts to commercialization.
- Manage and optimize R&D project timelines, ensuring alignment with global manufacturing standards and quality control protocols.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Operations to deliver cost-effective and market-ready solutions.
- Supervise laboratory experiments, performance testing, and pilot production runs to ensure product efficacy.
- Analyze industry trends and consumer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and category expansion.
- Ensure all R&D activities comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards within the Indonesian and global markets.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior R&D staff, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in an R&D role within the FMCG or chemical manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of managing successful product launches and technical project teams.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, formulation development, and quality management systems (ISO standards).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Fluency in Indonesian and proficient business English for global collaboration.
