Join NTUitive, the innovation and enterprise arm of Nanyang Technological University, as Assistant Director, Portfolio Management. In this pivotal role, you will govern, track, and optimize NTU's dynamic startup portfolio, driving innovation and sustainable growth. You'll collaborate closely with founders, faculty, and industry partners to transform groundbreaking research into market-ready ventures. Your strategic oversight will ensure portfolio alignment with NTU's entrepreneurial ecosystem while navigating regulatory landscapes and scaling impact. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute portfolio management strategies for NTU's startup ecosystem
- Monitor performance metrics and provide strategic guidance to portfolio companies
- Facilitate connections between startups, investors, and industry partners
- Ensure compliance with university policies and regulatory frameworks
- Drive innovation initiatives through cross-functional stakeholder collaboration
- Analyze market trends to identify new investment opportunities
- Report on portfolio performance and growth initiatives to leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred
- 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, venture capital, or startup incubation
- Proven track record in evaluating and scaling technology ventures
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation expertise
- Deep understanding of Singapore's innovation ecosystem and regulatory environment
- Experience working in academic or research institutions highly valued
