Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic plans for national robotics and AI initiatives aligned with Singapore's technological advancement goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of complex technology programmes and projects
- Establish and maintain relationships with key industry partners, academic institutions, and government agencies
- Monitor and evaluate programme performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure programme delivery within allocated constraints
- Identify and leverage emerging technologies and trends to enhance national robotics and AI capabilities
- Represent the organization at national and international forums, promoting Singapore's technological achievements
Kualifikasi
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning and programme management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in managing complex technology projects, preferably in robotics or AI domains
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience engaging with diverse stakeholders
- Deep understanding of robotics and AI technologies, trends, and applications across various industries
