Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end technology commercialization projects from concept validation through to market launch
- Develop and execute commercialization strategies for healthcare innovations and digital health solutions
- Manage intellectual property portfolios including patent applications, licensing agreements, and IP protection strategies
- Collaborate with R&D teams, clinicians, and external partners to align technology development with market needs
- Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and competitive analysis to inform commercialization decisions
- Oversee business development activities including partnership negotiations, funding acquisition, and go-to-market planning
- Monitor regulatory compliance and quality standards throughout the commercialization process
Kualifikasi
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in technology transfer, R&D commercialization, or healthcare innovation management
- Proven track record of successfully launching commercial products from research concepts
- Expertise in intellectual property management, patent strategy, and licensing agreements
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to develop business plans, secure funding, and negotiate partnerships
- Deep understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and market dynamics
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
