Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute comprehensive IT internal audit engagements, including planning, fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up activities.
- Assess the effectiveness of IT controls, governance frameworks, risk management processes, and compliance with relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., MAS TRM).
- Identify and evaluate technology risks, including cybersecurity, data privacy, infrastructure, applications, and operational resilience.
- Prepare high-quality audit reports, clearly articulating findings, risks, and practical recommendations to management.
- Provide expert advisory to management on IT risk, control improvements, and best practices.
- Manage and mentor junior audit staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Collaborate effectively with business units, IT management, external auditors, and regulatory bodies.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes impacting the financial services sector.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in IT internal audit, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Possession of relevant professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, or similar is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL) and risk management methodologies.
- Proven expertise in auditing various IT domains, including cybersecurity, network infrastructure, operating systems, databases, cloud computing, and application controls.
- Familiarity with financial industry regulations and standards, particularly those in Singapore (e.g., MAS TRM Guidelines).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership potential with experience in managing audit projects or mentoring team members.
