Parklife Family Hub is seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Head of Playschool to join our growing early childhood education team in beautiful Badung, Bali. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping young minds and creating a nurturing learning environment for children.
As the Assistant Head of Playschool, you will work closely with the Head of Playschool to ensure the smooth daily operations of our playschool programs. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing engaging curriculum activities, managing classroom dynamics, and supporting our team of dedicated teachers.
This role offers a unique blend of administrative responsibility and hands-on educational leadership. You will contribute to program planning, supervise staff performance, and ensure compliance with educational standards while maintaining a warm, safe, and stimulating environment for children aged 3-6 years.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Head of Playschool in managing and overseeing daily school operations and administrative functions
- Support the development and implementation of age-appropriate educational programs and curriculum activities
- Monitor and supervise classroom activities, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all children
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to teachers and teaching assistants
- Coordinate with parents and guardians regarding student progress, events, and school policies
- Assist in budget planning, resource allocation, and inventory management for school supplies and materials
- Ensure compliance with local education regulations, safety standards, and institutional policies
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in early childhood education, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field
- Strong understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and staff
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in team management and staff supervision
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus
