Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze daily kitchen production schedules to ensure 100% fulfillment of store orders.
- Conduct regular quality audits and ensure strict adherence to food safety, HACCP, and GMP standards.
- Analyze financial reports related to kitchen operations, including food costs, labor costs, and operational expenses.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking raw material usage and identifying variances or waste patterns.
- Generate daily and weekly operational KPIs to report on kitchen efficiency and throughput.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate the timely dispatch of perishable goods.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend data-backed process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Assist in the implementation of new menu items or kitchen technologies within the regional hub.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Hospitality Management, or a related Business field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in kitchen operations, food manufacturing, or supply chain analysis is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data sorting, pivot tables, and formulas).
- Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP) and sanitation protocols.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating between kitchen staff and corporate management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple operational deadlines.
- Must be a resident of Cagayan de Oro or willing to relocate to Misamis Oriental.
