Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure optimal functionality
- Perform sterilization and preparation of consumables, glassware, and reagents
- Enforce strict laboratory cleanliness protocols and waste disposal procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of lab supplies
- Support research teams with day-to-day laboratory operations and equipment setup
- Document laboratory procedures, maintenance logs, and safety compliance records
- Participate in laboratory safety audits and implement corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of laboratory operations experience preferred
- Proficiency in sterilization techniques (autoclaving, UV sterilization)
- Strong understanding of laboratory safety protocols and regulatory standards
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of laboratory equipment maintenance procedures
- Good communication skills in English
