Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily production team activities to ensure operational targets are met
- Monitor team performance metrics and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with logistics, maintenance, and quality control departments to synchronize operations
- Develop and enforce safety protocols and quality assurance standards
- Train and mentor team members to enhance technical skills and productivity
- Prepare detailed production reports and analyze data for process optimization
- Manage inventory levels and resource allocation to prevent operational bottlenecks
- Assist in production planning and scheduling to meet delivery deadlines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Industrial Management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or logistics supervision
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in production management software
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Effective communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing operational demands
- Certification in quality management systems (ISO 9001) is advantageous
